Job Description Position Summary: Seeking a Network Manager responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless network performance, security, and data management. This role involves overseeing network architecture, file servers, ERP integrations, and system automation. Responsibilities: Overseeing IT department operations while coordinating with IT specialists across local and remote sites to ensure seamless collaboration and efficiency.

Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, and Aruba networking equipment. Administer Microsoft Server Active Directory, including user management, group policies, and security controls. Oversee and maintain file servers and network structure, ensuring data integrity and support and manage AVAYA phone system, ensuring reliability and seamless communication.

Monitor and enhance cybersecurity using ESET Protect, implementing best practices for network and system security. Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions (Acronis). Support ERP system integrations, including API coding for system automation and data exchange.

Develop PowerShell and SQL scripts for automation, reporting, and system enhancements. Perform website updates with basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Manage Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity.

Administer and support Keyscan door control system, managing access and security settings. Oversee KRONOS HRIS system to ensure proper integration with IT infrastructure. Troubleshoot network, system, and security issues, providing timely resolutions and support.

Requirements: Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Network Administrator or Systems Administrator. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Expertise in Microsoft Server Active Directory management.

Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, and Aruba networking equipment. Experience managing AVAYA phone systems. Knowledge of ESET Protect, Acronis, and cybersecurity best practices.

Familiarity with ERP integrations, API development, and system automation. Proficiency in PowerShell and SQL scripting. Basic coding skills for website updates (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Experience managing Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace. Knowledge of Keyscan door control systems and KRONOS HRIS. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
