Job description

The Administrative Intern provides versatile administrative, operational, and project-based support across multiple departments within the organization. This role is designed for a motivated individual who is eager to gain broad business experience while contributing to a variety of projects and daily administrative functions. The intern will collaborate with team members across departments, assist with confidential and sensitive information, and support business initiatives as needed.

What you’ll do as an Administrative Intern:

  • Provide administrative assistance to various departments as business needs arise.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and physical files.
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and record management.
  • Monitor shared inboxes and respond to routine inquiries as appropriate.
  • Perform other duties and special assignments as requested.



We’re looking for an Administrative Intern with:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


Physical requirements and working conditions:

Our manufacturing Plant is comprised of enclosed office and manufacturing space. This position requires the ability to:

  • Ability to work in an office environment and operate standard office equipment.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods.
  • This Administrative Intern position is located on-site in our Dallas facility
