To thrive as a Networking Instructor, you need in-depth knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and systems, typically supported by a degree in computer science or IT and relevant industry certifications like CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA. Familiarity with network simulation tools, lab environments, and learning management systems is essential. Strong communication, patience, and instructional skills help engage students and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs.
