Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Network Engineering Manager to lead the architecture, design, and operational governance of enterprise-grade global network infrastructure. This role will be responsible for driving SD-WAN strategy, managing hybrid and multi-cloud networking across AWS and Azure environments, and implementing secure Network Access Control (NAC) frameworks aligned with Zero Trust principles. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical depth, strategic vision, and leadership capabilities to ensure high-performing, secure, and scalable network environments across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global SD-WAN architecture, establishing standards for topology, routing, resiliency, and application-aware traffic steering.
  • Develop and execute Network Access Control (NAC) strategy using Cisco ISE, implementing 802.1X and MAB authentication models aligned with Zero Trust architecture.
  • Design and govern hybrid and multi-cloud networking solutions across AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments.
  • Architect scalable hub-and-spoke and transit network models to ensure resiliency and performance.
  • Define and implement enterprise segmentation strategies across campus, data center, and cloud platforms, including VPC/VNet design and IP addressing strategy.
  • Oversee cloud-based voice/contact center solutions, including Zoom Phone and SIP call flow management.
  • Partner with security and infrastructure teams to support disaster recovery, compliance initiatives, and risk mitigation.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and drive operational excellence and governance standards.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise network architecture and engineering.
  • Deep expertise in Palo Alto ION SD-WAN platforms and global SD-WAN deployment models.
  • Advanced experience with Cisco routing and switching, including complex BGP environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ISE for Network Access Control (802.1X, MAB, Zero Trust).
  • Proven cloud networking expertise in:
    • AWS (Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, Route 53)
    • Azure (ExpressRoute, VNet Gateway)
  • Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and establishing operational standards
