You will drive architectural decisions, mentor technical staff, and collaborate with stakeholders to align network solutions with business objectives.**Essential job functions:*** Design and document enterprise network architectures, including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and wireless systems.* Develop network standards, reference architectures, and strategic roadmaps aligned with business goals.* Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies for scalability and security.* Provide technical supervision and mentorship to the network team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.* Guide the team through project planning, execution, and delivery of network initiatives.* Promote cross-training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement through routine staff meetings.* Oversee implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure, including switches, Wireless Access Points, firewalls, and SD-WAN appliances.* Serve as an escalation point for complex network issues and advanced troubleshooting.* Ensure timely execution of upgrades, patches, and changes in compliance with IT change management processes.* Partner with IT leadership and global infrastructure teams to align architecture with organizational strategy.* Manage vendor relationships, including roadmap discussions, support escalations, and vendor selection.* Ensure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, GLP, ISO).* Maintain accurate network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.**Qualifications**EDUCATION:* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
