Work Schedule
  • Initial: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • After ~45 days:
    • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Description
This onsite role supports US Foods as a Client Support Associate (IT Specialist) providing frontline technical support across corporate and distribution center environments. This is a Tier 1-Tier 2 support role, targeting hands-on IT support professionals (avoid senior/overqualified candidates).
Job Summary
  • Provide frontline IT support across hardware, software, and enterprise systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical issues
  • Support onboarding, device setup, and employee support
  • Act as a customer-facing IT resource onsite
Responsibilities
  • Handle Tier 1-Tier 2 support tickets (password resets, access, device issues)
  • Manage Active Directory (access + password management)
  • Image and deploy new laptops/desktops
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
  • Support ERP systems and internal applications
  • Assist with network troubleshooting (routers, VPNs, connectivity)
  • Work with firewalls and basic network/security troubleshooting
  • Support Windows operating systems (Windows 7+) and Microsoft tools
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding and equipment setup
  • Support warehouse/distribution technology needs when required
Required Experience
  • 3-5 years of IT support (Tier 1-Tier 2 only)
  • Strong experience with:
    • Active Directory (access + password management)
    • PC imaging and device deployment
    • Hardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, scanners, printers)
    • Windows OS support (Windows 7+)
  • Experience with ERP systems (plus)
  • Basic networking experience:
    • Routers, VPN troubleshooting
    • Exposure to firewalls
  • Familiarity with Cisco networking environments
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred Experience
  • Salesforce support
  • Distribution center or warehouse IT support experience
  • Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP)
Education & Certifications
  • Not required
