We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst with a strong focus in business analytics & supply chain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging data to drive informed business decisions, optimize processes, and uncover insights that contribute to our organization's success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Support the organization’s needs by providing analytical support and actionable insights and strategies for existing and new opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal associates and members to aid in the development of business strategies beneficial to our constituents
  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques to explore large datasets, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis as required to support business initiatives, address specific inquiries, and solve complex business problems. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop automated reporting mechanisms to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business intelligence, data visualization, and predictive analytics.
  • Recommend ways/methods to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Support the department manager by leading or assisting in additional projects and assignments.
  • Assist in the design and develop visually compelling Tableau dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key insights and trends to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • 3-5 years professional experience in business intelligence, supply chain, data analysis, and visualization
  • Experience with Tableau/Power BI
  • Experience or knowledge of advanced database concepts and SQL
  • Distribution experience with a focus on analytics
  • Tableau certification(s) and experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI) are a plus.
  • ASCM/APICS Certifications are a plus

The Anticipated Base Salary Range for this position:

$70,000 - $90,000

Network has established a salary range for this position based on a combination of market data, industry standards and specific requirements of the role. The actual starting salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills and abilities.

In addition, to base salary, Network associates are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, retirement contributions, opportunities for career growth and professional development.
