In addition to painting, we also provide all kinds of wall repair, molding and trim installation, wallpaper removal & installation, floor repair and installation, and much more. 

Job Description

We are one of the fastest growing painting companies in the Tri-state, with operations in New York City, Long Island, Connecticut, Westchester, and New Jersey and are currently looking for an Outbound Phone Sales Rep to work in our call center in Astoria. This individual will make outbound calls to multiple industries to sell our services and develop a network of relationships, as well as assist the Inbound Sales team with closing new customers.
Ideal candidates are from the Painting/Home Improvement Industry looking to get out of the field and into an office and a set schedule. 
We have a nice new office in Astoria and are growing rapidly, meaning if you want to be a part of a successful small business and help us blow it up, this is a great opportunity.
Responsibilities
~ Make outbound calls to potential clients in the home improvement, construction, design, and property management industries
~ Successfully close on new business and develop a large referral network
~ Assist Inbound Reps with closing new customers
~ Manage third-party referral services, on-line resources, etc. (ie: Thumbtack)
Compensation
~ Starting salary from $40 - $50k/yr, based on experience
~ Generous bonus plan up to $20k/yr to start
~ New office with good people

Qualifications

Requirements
~ Minimum of 3 years of successful Field Sales experience
~ Sales experience in Painting and/or Home Improvement industries strongly preferred
~ Energetic, self-starter with strong background in customer engagement
~ Must have strong communication skills 
~ Basic computer skills required
