Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $85K-$109K (depending on experience) Work Location: Hybrid remote/in-office (see onsite requirements below). Preference for candidates near Corona, CA. **On-site Requirements: This position is 25% telework and 75% onsite at NSWC Corona to meet with team. Job Summary: Saalex is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support the engineering, integration, operation, and sustainment of complex range systems, telecommunications, and information systems in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona Division programs. This role supports primarily remote work with periodic on-site support in Corona, CA. Essential Functions: * Design, engineer, integrate, operate, and sustain network and telecommunications systems
  • Support LAN/WAN architectures, routing, switching, and secure communications
  • Support fiber optic systems, structured cabling, and IP-based communications
  • Integrate and support networked instrumentation and range systems
  • Troubleshoot network and system issues in lab and field environments
  • Support cybersecurity compliance, including STIGs and RMF activities
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and network diagrams
  • Collaborate with systems, software, and hardware engineering teams
