• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on improving patients' strength, range of motion, and functional independence.
• Administrate therapeutic exercises, hands-on manual therapy, and use of various modalities to restore physical function and alleviate pain.
• Monitor patients' progress meticulously, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about home exercise programs and strategies to maintain and enhance physical health after therapy.
• Collaborate daily with an interdisciplinary team to share insights and provide comprehensive care aimed at achieving the best possible outcomes.
• Comply with all state and federal regulations, ensuring that all practices meet professional standards of care.

Your clientele will primarily consist of individuals recovering from surgery, injuries, or chronic conditions, with a special focus on the geriatric population. You will tailor therapy approaches not only for orthopedic rehabilitation but also for conditions such as stroke recovery, neurological disorders, and post-surgical rehabilitation, helping each individual regain their mobility and independence.

• A valid Physical Therapist license issued by the state of California.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, although a Master’s or Doctorate is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for collaborating effectively with both patients and the healthcare team.
• A dedication to ongoing professional development to stay abreast of new methodologies and best practices in physical rehabilitation.

• Prior experience working in an outpatient setting, especially with patients recovering from orthopedic issues or surgeries.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging between USD 120,000 and 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
