Job description

Our summer internship program provides students with hands-on professional experience, networking opportunities, and access to SC&H fun while honing essential skills for early career success. For 10-weeks spanning June to August, our interns work on diverse client projects and receive guided mentorship in one of our many unique service lines. Our internship is in-person at one of our offices 4x a week with an average work week of 30-32 hours.

As a member of Technology Advisory's Co-Managed IT team, you will provide clients with highly professional IT managed services. This includes functions like helpdesk and daily IT support, cloud, security, and network performance management. In this rotation, you will be assisting clients with employee onboarding, creating SOPs and documentation, and shadowing on client sites directly troubleshooting live technology issues.

    Expected Activities & Responsibilities:
    Over the course of the internship, you can expect to engage in a variety of meaningful activities. These include, but are not limited to:

    • Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with various teams, assisting with cross-functional projects and contributing to team objectives.
    • Project Support: Assist with the preparation, execution, and delivery of key action items or deliverables, including research, analysis, and data migration.
    • Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge around industry terminology and professional engagement.
    • Presentation Opportunities: Present a client case study to the Technology Advisory team where you completed a deep dive into who a client is and what our role is within their organization.
    • Problem Solving & Innovation: Engage in brainstorming sessions to pursue project milestones directly with clients and vendors.
    • Networking: Attend networking events, meet company leaders, and learn more about the company culture.

    Salary & Benefits
    The rate for this position is $30.00-$35.00 per hour. Salary offers are made based on a variety of candidate specific factors such as candidate's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.
