This internship is ideal for students pursuing careers in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical fields who are eager to gain practical, hands-on experience supporting enterprise technology environments. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced IT professionals while assisting with technical support, infrastructure maintenance, network administration, hardware and software troubleshooting, and day-to-day technology operations. This opportunity is designed for individuals who enjoy learning new technologies, solving technical problems, and building a strong foundation for a long-term IT career. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support for end users experiencing hardware or software issues.
  • Assist with workstation setup, deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Support IT infrastructure projects involving computers, peripherals, and enterprise systems.
  • Help maintain network equipment and assist with basic network administration tasks.
  • Troubleshoot operating system, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
