Job description

Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Implement Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans and procedures.
  • Develop and Implement Infrastructure policies and Standard Operating Procedure
  • Carry out company and/or team initiatives such as strategy executions, operations, including hardening devices and systems
  • Coordinate the support and testing of products with other IT functions.
  • Design, configure, and test enterprise level network solutions.
  • Maintain current knowledge and understanding of networking & Security best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems
  • Drive network automation and continue service delivery and improvements
  • Confer with network users about solving existing system problems.
  • Implement WLAN/LAN/WAN network devices and circuits.
  • Maintain computer networks including VPNs, FWs and switches
  • Monitor systems to improve network performance for all systems
  • Perform tier 2 support
  • Replace faulty devices and proceed with the RMA process
  • Perform proactive risk prevention and individual problem solving
  • Design and implement cloud networking solutions in AWS
  • Deploy, support and analyze the cloud-based network infrastructure
  • Implement network observability and monitoring.
  • Perform problem isolation and resolution of complex network problem
  • Ensure sufficient inventory of active network equipment for availability.
  • Plan and manage End of Support (EOS) equipment by upgrading and replacing equipment where needed.
  • Secure maintenance windows and provide timely patching and firmware upgrades.
  • Perform compliance activities and establish day-to-day operation to meet requirements.
  • Renewal of licenses, planning and implementing IT security to meet legal requirements
  • Strong vendor management

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Information Technology/Computer Science
  • 4~7 years as network engineer/administrator
  • Meraki Full Stack SD-WAN Implementation & Operation
  • Network Routing and Switching, IPSEC VPN
  • WAN Circuits (DIA/Broadband/Cellular Data)
  • Wireless Lan operation
  • Prior experience supporting, implementing and/or administering networks, servers
  • Infrastructure delivery project manager
  • SD-WAN(Meraki) operation
  • PCI Compliance
  • Cloud infrastructure (AWS)
