Job Description
Project Manager. Project Manager on multiple projects across Infrastructure Services. Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments. Develops and maintains project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures; responsible for determining and working with supervision to acquire resource needs; oversees project progress and workload through duration of project. Manages Request for Proposal (RFP, eval matrix) to select vendor products; Write contract Scope of Deliverables; Follows process and standards update and creation. Project Support Activities (i.e., Risks, issues, action item management; Meeting scheduling, facilitating, meeting minutes; Communications (end user, broadcasts, IT notifications); Monitor and report on project KPIs. Looking for candidate who is passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience, has demonstrated problem-solving skills including: identification of issues, obstacles and opportunities and development and implementation of effective solutions, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**** Mandatory Skills & Experience
**** 1. Enterprise Network Implementation Management โ€” experience leading end-to-end network deployments, infrastructure readiness, and deployment planning. 2. WAN Connectivity and Carrier Circuit Coordination โ€” skilled in WAN planning, circuit delivery tracking, telecom provider coordination, and circuit readiness. 3. Cisco Network Infrastructure Modernization โ€” experience supporting Cisco switching environments, secure connectivity, routing/switching coordination, and network refresh initiatives. 4. Network Cutover and Migration Planning โ€” ability to manage enterprise cutover planning, traffic transitions, stabilization, and business-critical migration activities. 5. Network Security and Access Infrastructure Projects โ€” experience managing secure connectivity, DDoS mitigation, malware defense, and enterprise authentication/access reliability.
Environment: Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Teams). Clarity PPM. Azure DevOps. *** Position is Hybrid, expect 2 onsite days per weekย
