We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator III to help design, secure, optimize, and expand our enterprise network infrastructure while demonstrating our commitment to Servant Leadership.
What You'll Do
  • Design, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise WAN/LAN and cloud network environments.
  • Administer and configure Cisco switches, routers, ASA firewalls, and network security technologies.
  • Support the migration of legacy networking, switching, and IPsec environments to Microsoft Azure.
  • Lead and coordinate network engineering projects, including scope, estimates, resource stewardship, deployment, and documentation.
  • Monitor network performance and security, identify risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and recommend improvements.
  • Support security, disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident response initiatives.
  • Manage global WAN/LAN IP address allocation and support multi-site network environments.
  • Provide advanced technical support and mentor developing network team members.
  • Support VoIP technologies, including Cisco CUCM, SIP trunking, and Microsoft Teams Voice.
  • Model Servant Leadership through collaboration, communication, accountability, and support of others.
What We're Looking For
  • 7-10 years of enterprise network administration experience, including at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Azure networking architecture.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced experience with Cisco architectures, ASA firewalls, BGP/OSPF protocols, Azure networking, and multi-site WAN environments.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise network security, change management, risk assessment, and incident response.
  • Healthcare technology experience strongly preferred, particularly within post-acute, long-term care, or other multi-site healthcare environments.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus, including AZ-700, CCNP, ABCP, CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+.
  • Strong communication, project management, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
