We are hiring for a Cloud Server Engineer in our Cleveland, OH office.
The Cloud Server Engineer is accountable for the build, configuration, maintenance, and performance of server and compute environments across cloud and hybrid platforms. This role ensures server infrastructure is secure, reliable, standardized, and operationally sound to support customer workloads and internal services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Provision, configure, maintain, and decommission server infrastructure (cloud and hybrid), including complex projects, operating systems, application servers, virtualization, and core services, following approved standards and best practices.
  • Monitor server performance and capacity; perform patching, updates, documentation of compliance, and maintenance to ensure stability, security, and scalability while minimizing customer impact.
  • Implement and maintain server level security controls, backup strategies, and recovery processes to protect data integrity, support compliance requirements, and ensure recoverability. Manage two factor authentication platform. Provide access and manage customer backup access.
  • Serve as an escalation resource for complex server related issues; collaborate with Cloud Infrastructure, Network, SRE, and Support teams to resolve incidents and support customer environments.
  • Maintain accurate server documentation and configurations; contribute to standardization, automation, and process improvements to reduce risk, improve efficiency, and enhance service quality.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT, 5-10 years of experience equivalent experience
  • Advanced skills in Linux/Windows administration, automation (Python/Ansible), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
  • Expertise in OS (Windows/Linux), VMware, Storage Area Networks (SAN), and backup software (e.g., Veeam, Storware)
  • Proven leadership abilities

The Salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually
