Google Cloud Platform Engineer  / Lead / Architect (VP) (Only G.C / U.S.C)

6+Months

Jersey City, NJ / Plano, TX  / Wilmington, DE (Onsite)

Primary Skill: Google Cloud Platform Python (6-9 years experienced)

 

Primary Skillset: Google Cloud Platform, Python, Terraform, Security

Secondary Skillset: IAM, Networking, CI/CD, SRE, Vertex AI, Kubernetes

Key responsibilities:

Build/operate VPC/Shared VPC, subnets, routes, firewall policies, DNS patterns

Define ingress/egress architecture, NAT, load balancing patterns, private access

Support hybrid connectivity concepts (VPN/Interconnect), routing, and troubleshooting

Deliver network changes safely via Terraform modules and staged rollouts

 

Mandatory skills/experience:

Google Cloud Platform networking fundamentals + secure segmentation/egress control patterns

Terraform-based network provisioning; change safety/blast-radius management

Troubleshooting using logs/flow data and systematic triage
