Job Description
Allied Universal® is hiring a Supply Chain Security Operations Program Manager. The Supply Chain Security Operations Program Manager role focuses on analyzing security performance data across vendor sites to strengthen supply chain security, while working closely with internal teams, regional managers, and on-the-ground staff to enhance site-specific programs. The Supply Chain Security Operations Program Manager provides guidance on security concerns, overseeing the implementation of corporate initiatives at manufacturing locations, and supporting the development of new policies and practices. This Manager builds strong cross-functional partnerships with operations, supply chain, and global security teams, while identifying compliance issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement, particularly around materials leakage. The Supply Chain Security Operations Program Manager may expect to travel both domestically and internationally up to 20% of their time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze, maintain and improve security over a network of select vendors worldwide, receiving guidance from Mass production Security Program Manager
  • Analyze sites security performance data to provide strategic and operations support to specific components of the physical security program throughout the supply chain
  • Coordinate with Operations, in-region managers and on the ground teams to improve the security program as a whole, by targeting specific initiatives
  • Provide guidance and recommendations around site-specific security concerns
  • Manage and oversee the operational implementation of corporate security initiatives and security operations at manufacturing sites
  • Develop and implement security policies and initiatives
  • Build collaborative cross-functional partnerships with Operations, Environment and Supply Chain Innovation, Global Security, and other cross-functional partners
  • Process and implement compliance issues, security risks, and improvement opportunities related to materials leakage
  • Participate in the work processes of an international organization, including conference calls scheduled to accommodate global time zones

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
  • Must possess one of the following:
    • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Operations, Project Management, Engineering or other relevant discipline
    • Associate's' degree in Criminal Justice, Security Operations, Project Management, Engineering or other relevant discipline with a minimum of twelve (12) years of operations management experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of operations management experience
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of security program management experience
  • Work experience to include each of the following:
    • Building technical, data driven presentations for high level management
    • Defining corporate security procedures
    • Conducting audits and investigations of security-incidents
    • Working with cross functional teams, including engineering, procurement and supply chain innovation
    • Developing scalable and efficient coordination of security and quality oriented programs, to include electronics manufacturing with a complex supply chain
  • Expertise in data analysis applied to security management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills; ability to build successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels
  • Corporate level oral and written communication skills
  • Expertise in physical security consulting, design, implementation, risk assessments, and mitigation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
  • Master's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Operations, Project Management, Engineering or other relevant discipline
  • Tableau software proficiency
  • Experience managing employees with various skills and security disciplines
  • Prior operations management experience
