Network Specialist

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Position Summary

The Network Specialist is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and support of enterprise network infrastructure. The position ensures continuous network availability, performance, and security while providing technical support to users and departments throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software.
  • Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
  • Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, wireless, and VPN-related problems.
  • Provide technical support to end users and departmental staff.
  • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and inventory records.
