Network Administrator
Contract Length:  6-month Contract to Hire
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Hybrid  **On-site 3 days and remote 2 days per week**
We are seeking a Network Administrator to support the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and performance of an enterprise network environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and implementation, while collaborating with senior engineering staff to support reliable and secure network operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • CCNA certification preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in network administration or network engineering within an enterprise environment
  • Hands-on experience supporting Cisco routing, switching, wireless, and VPN infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies, including VLANs, OSPF, ACLs, NAT, DNS, and DHCP
  • Experience supporting network security, cloud/hybrid connectivity (Azure preferred), and network monitoring tools

Responsibilities
  • Administer, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, and VPN network infrastructure
  • Configure and support Cisco network devices, security technologies, and connectivity services to ensure reliable network performance
  • Implement network changes, upgrades, hardware installations, and system enhancements following established change management processes
  • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures while collaborating with vendors and internal IT teams
  • Support network operations, including performance monitoring, incident resolution, cloud connectivity, and participation in on-call support as needed
