What you'll be doing...
We don't wait for the future. We build it. We are calling for data driven candidates with strong data analytical and visualization backgrounds to join our System Performance team. You will investigate, evaluate and resolve network and data performance issues to ensure efficient and reliable service for our customers. The work you'll be doing will directly impact customer satisfaction and help keep us ahead of the competition. You will be using large amounts of data to develop network insights and strategies to improve performance.
  • Performing data analytics and applying data science techniques to improve our network's capacity, coverage and overall service.
  • Analyzing our network's capacity and coverage, and looking for ways to make improvements.
  • Evaluating service performance trends and isolating root causes of impacted services.
  • Automating data collection, reports, visualization and system updates.
  • Creating dashboards and geolocating data to present information dynamically.

What we're looking for...
You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
  • Solid knowledge of Samsung parameters is required, along with the ability to conduct parameter audits and optimizations.
  • Understanding of call flow and handshakes is also necessary.
    Need solid knowledge to examine DMAT/field data logs and find the root cause of degradation
  • Solid knowledge of Samsung network KPIs and the ability to troubleshoot network issues
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • A degree.
  • Experience in LTE including VoLTE and RAN networks.
  • Experience analyzing FWA performance and finding the root cause for degradation of any individual FWA
  • Troubleshooting and vendor management experience.

Where you'll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
