Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

Essential Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in electrical construction with exposure to project management or leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven experience managing or supporting commercial, industrial, or institutional electrical projects.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and project lifecycles.
  • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and/or industrial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a robust electrical experience and hands-on managerial experience, ready to take on greater ownership across projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage electrical construction projects from pre-construction planning through final completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, and field teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify scope, risks, and opportunities.
  • Oversee project financials including budgeting, cost tracking, change orders, and billing.
  • Lead project meetings and provide consistent status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company procedures.
  • Support and mentor field staff, foremen, and junior project team members.
  • Identify and resolve project issues proactively to maintain timelines and profitability.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $52.88/hr.
