Job description

Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses. The Global Operations Integrity Operations team works to create safe, trustworthy experiences across Meta's platforms by building reliable, scalable systems that address policy violations, harmful content, and operational risk at scale. As Meta continues to expand its use of AI-assisted review and automated enforcement, human expertise remains essential to govern how these systems operate, ensure accountability, and maintain alignment with evolving integrity policies. In this role, you will drive operational programs that support integrity workflows, manage cross-functional initiatives, and help shape the systems and processes that keep Meta's platforms safe for billions of people worldwide.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project delivery for integrity operations programs, including scoping, milestone tracking, dependency management, and stakeholder communication across policy, engineering, and operations teams
• Analyze operational data from integrity workflows to identify trends, surface process gaps, and develop recommendations that improve enforcement accuracy, reviewer efficiency, and case resolution quality
• Partner with Policy, Trust and Safety, Data Science, and Engineering teams to design and implement scalable operational processes that support content review, escalation handling, and enforcement pipelines
• Develop and maintain documentation for integrity operations workflows, including standard operating procedures, escalation frameworks, and quality measurement standards
• Support the design and governance of human review programs, including defining quality benchmarks, auditing case outcomes, and ensuring reviewer decisions align with current policy standards
• Track and report on key operational metrics such as case volume, resolution rates, policy coverage, and reviewer accuracy, translating data into actionable insights for leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve tooling, automation, and human-in-the-loop processes that support integrity decisioning at scale, and collaborate with product and engineering partners to drive those improvements
• Manage relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to align on program priorities, communicate risks and blockers early, and ensure integrity operations initiatives are delivered on time and within scope
• Contribute to the development of training materials and onboarding resources that help operations teams apply integrity policies consistently and accurately
Minimum Qualifications
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta
• 2+ years of experience in operations, program management, management consulting, or a related analytical environment
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects or initiatives involving policy, trust and safety, content review, or integrity-related workflows
• Experience using data to identify operational trends, measure process performance, and develop recommendations for improvement
• Experience communicating project status, risks, and findings in writing to technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization
• Experience working within structured decision-making or quality assurance frameworks, including defining standards, auditing outcomes, or managing escalation processes
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted review workflows, human-in-the-loop systems, or model evaluation processes in an integrity or content moderation context
• Proficiency with data querying or analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or data visualization platforms to support operational reporting
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• Experience developing or refining standard operating procedures and quality measurement frameworks for large-scale operations teams
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Experience working in trust and safety, content integrity, or policy enforcement operations at a technology platform
