Now hiring an operations manager for our new inpatient extended care rehab facility opening in Norfolk, VA!


What You'll Do

Manage complete maintenance of facility and property (fire drills, vehicle maintenance, tech
support, inventory, storage etc.)
Complete periodic maintenance checklists to ensure functionality, safety and compliance
Oversee and direct custodial and housekeeping staff and all external contractors
Provide operational support whenever needed (i.e administrative errands, transportation
coordination, event planning, security oversight, Accounts Payable etc.)
Collaborate with Executive Director and Administrator as necessary


What We're Looking For

High School Diploma/ GED
Min. 1 year experience in substance abuse treatment industry (preferred)
Valid driver's license
Acute observational and communicational skills
Ability to collaborate and multitask
Strong responsibility and accountability
