YOU WILL BE:
โ€ข Under the leadership and reporting to the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager, the Merchandise Operations Associate supports the daily operations of merchandise including processing, placement, maintenance and fulfillment.
โ€ข Demonstrates comfort in flexing all communication styles and establishes positive interpersonal relationships
โ€ข Evaluates progress against key performance drivers and assess organizational opportunities and risks
โ€ข Drives positive outcomes through objectives and measures while monitoring progress and results
โ€ข Consistently generates and shares original ideas, tackling both simple and complex problems
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Merchandise:
โ€ข Process inbound merchandise, placement and presentation of merchandise on selling floor.
โ€ข Follow direction in maintaining standards in placement and presentation.
โ€ข Participate when needed in other store projects, including fill in of merchandise on the selling floor, floor recovery and supply replenishment.
Fullfillment:
โ€ข Locate requested merchandise within our store and complete orders placed by the customer
โ€ข Provide excellent customer service and act quickly to address the customers' needs
โ€ข Ad hoc responsibilities if needed
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
โ€ข Ability to lift cartons, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts of merchandise; lift of up to 50 pounds
โ€ข Retain merchandising standards on the floor in compliance with Visual standards
โ€ข Must have computer skills and ability to use available technology (RF guns, PC, iOS device, Excel/Word, and several proprietary platforms)
โ€ข Ability to work a flexible schedule following business needs and follows through on assigned tasks
โ€ข Ability to drive company vehicle as needed in accordance with your state Driver's License standards (select doors only)
