Job Details:
Role: Senior Business Analyst (Telecom domain)
Location: Bellevue, Washington 98006 (Onsite)
Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Telecom Network Engineering & Automation with 8+ years of experience across telecom network operations, monitoring platforms, and infrastructure transformation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong Business Analysis foundation, deep network engineering domain expertise, and a clear automation and transformation mindset.
Must have Skills -
  • 8+ years of experience across telecom/network engineering, monitoring, and operations, with strong BA ownership
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, DNS, DHCP
  • Hands on experience with network monitoring platforms (SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of NOC operations, incident management, and ITIL processes
  • Strong documentation, analysis, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Architecture & Business Analysis Experience

Good To have Skills -
  • Exposure to cloud networking (AWS/Azure) is a plus
  • Working knowledge of automation/scripting (Python, Shell, Ansible, or similar)
  • Experience working with routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, etc.)
