Job description

The Bailment Pool Operations & Analytics Manager is responsible for helping to drive commercial sales growth by expanding and optimizing bailment pool utilization across the Stellantis dealer network, with a focus on Ram commercial vehicles as well as lifestyle. This role is responsible for providing critical analysis to senior leadership and working with cross-functional teams.
The BPOM supports bailment pools in vehicle ordering, upfit strategy, logistics, and dealer reassignment opportunities to ensure work-ready vehicles are available where dealers and customers need them most.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Bailment Pool Operations, including monitoring bailment pool performance, incentives, workflows, and adherence to bailment pool processes
  • Work with supply chain team to ensure commercial vehicles are delivered to bailment pools on time
  • Serve as the coordinator of key stakeholder meetings between Small Business Team, Supply Chain, and Brands
  • Implement process improvements, efficiency initiatives, and standard operating procedures to optimize Bailment Pool department efficiency
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive-level presentations to communicate bailment pool performance including but not limited to tracking of sales, reassignments, and allocation

Additional responsibilities include supporting RAM Truck Club meetings while working closely with the Commercial Field Sales team in building the relationship between the bailment pools and the FCA dealerships across the country. Candidate will work closely with the various departments within the company, such as Supply Chain, Incentives, RAM Brand, Future Product Planning and Product Engineering.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years' experience in sales, commercial, bailment pools and upfitting, SCM, dealer experience, and/or team management
  • Knowledge on Commercial Vehicle product, bailment pool operations, upfits, and/or commercial industry
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple markets in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Must reside or be willing to relocate to Auburn Hills, MI. This role is based at corporate headquarters and require occasional travel for dealer visits, meetings, and conferences

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA
  • Experience with bailment pools and/or upfitters
  • Knowledge of dealership sales and commercial processes
  • OEM field sales experience in the commercial market
  • Commercial vehicle product expertise
  • Experience with bailment pools and/or upfitters
  • Digital marketing or dealer marketing experience
