Sales and Operations Intern
Job Description
The Sales Enablement & Operations Intern will support the Northeast Business Area by assisting sales, engineering, and operations teams with coordination, research, communication, and administrative support. This role helps improve operational efficiency and customer responsiveness in a collaborative environment.
This position allows individuals to gain hands-on experience and dive into operations, customer engagement, sales support, and cross-functional collaboration within the security and technology industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support
  • Assist with customer and partner follow-up
  • Support CRM updates and opportunity tracking
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Assist with territory/account research
  • Help organize sales materials and customer communications

Operational & Administrative Support
  • Assist with coordination during high-volume or leave coverage periods
  • Support scheduling, logistics, and meeting preparation
  • Track action items and follow-up tasks
  • Help improve organization and operational consistency across teams

Research & Business Preparation
  • Prepare briefing materials for customer meetings
  • Conduct market, account specific, and competitive research
  • Support planning for customer visits, events, and AEC activities
  • Assist with presentation and meeting preparation

Engineering & Technical Coordination
  • Support demo and equipment coordination
  • Assist with documentation and follow-up activities
  • Help coordinate technical resources and customer requests
