This role is a full-time Fall internship (40 hours a week) during the Fall months.
Role Purpose
  • Assist Carrier Network Automation SME in all Continuous Improvements Initiatives as below
  • Observability enhancements - Workflow gap eliminations
  • Automation & UI developments.

Job Responsibilities
  • ITSM - SNOW workflow optimization
  • Automation and process enhancements
  • IAC development for Cloud Network Operations

Basic Qualifications
  • Must be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Digital Technology
  • Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Python and similar programming languages Experience and Git
  • Working knowledge of Computer, software, and networking concepts
  • ITSM platform like SNOW familiarity
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, Access and other Windows products
  • Prior experience in Construction, HVAC and/or Building Automation
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong problem-solving, planning and project management skills
  • Ability to read and understand scope of work
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • General knowledge of employment laws and practices
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project financial reporting

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $43,500.00 - $87,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation
This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
Benefits
This position is not eligible for Carrier benefits.
