Your job will be to lead the operational strategy, reliability, and evolution of Symbotic's global network infrastructure across corporate offices, customer deployments, and industrial automation environments. This role combines strategic leadership with deep technical oversight and is responsible for maintaining secure, highly available, and scalable networking operations. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a team of engineers while driving initiatives across routing and switching, security, SD-WAN, wireless infrastructure, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Hands-on experience supporting Aruba Mobility Conductors/Controllers, Aruba wireless environments, Cisco DNA Center, or Cisco WLC platforms, with industrial networking experience highly preferred.
  • Preferred certifications include CCNP, CCIE, PCNSE, Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP), or equivalent advanced networking certifications.
Our environment
  • This position operates in a combination of office and industrial environments, with approximately 90% of time spent in active industrial and warehouse facilities and 10% in a traditional office setting. Team members may be exposed to moving mechanical equipment, automated robotic systems, elevated noise levels, and varying temperatures within operational sites.
