Job description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Network Montioring Analyst to support a 2+ year Department of Defense program focused on Marine Corps enterprise network operations and incident response. This position is on-site in Quantico, Virginia. The Network Montioring Analyst will provide Tier I/II network monitoring and troubleshooting support to ensure the availability and performance of mission-critical network infrastructure. This position supports shift work in a 24x7 environment with first, second, and third shifts available. Responsibilities for the Network Monitoring Analyst include: * Monitor enterprise network environments and respond to network events, outages, and performance issues.
* Troubleshoot and resolve Tier I/II network incidents while escalating complex issues as needed.
* Utilize the Remedy ticketing system to document, track, and manage service requests and incident resolution.
* Support 24/7 network operations through shift-based coverage schedules and maintain operational awareness of network health. Required Qualifications for the Network Monitoring Analyst include: * 3+ years of Information Technology experience with a focus on network monitoring and troubleshooting.
* Active IAT Level II certification (Security+ or equivalent).
* Active Secret Security Clearance required. Compensation for the Network Montioring Analyst includes: * Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually
