• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients, understanding their unique challenges and crafting tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families in an outpatient setting, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals, including social workers, psychologists, and community outreach coordinators, to ensure holistic care is provided.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress in adherence to state regulations and organizational policies, while using electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently.
• Provide guidance and support to practicum students under your supervision, empowering them in their clinical skills and professional growth.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest research, best practices, and innovations within the field of mental health.

The Behavioral Foundation Center focuses on serving a diverse client population, including individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma histories, and various other mental health concerns. You will play a crucial role in providing culturally competent care that acknowledges and respects each client's unique background and experiences. This position is pivotal in the transformative process of healing for our clients, contributing positively to their mental and emotional well-being.

• A Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required for this role.
• Candidate must possess a valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience in an outpatient or community health setting is highly preferred.
• Experience providing supervision or mentorship to other mental health practitioners, including students or interns, is a plus.

We offer a highly competitive compensation package ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, which includes a sign-on bonus of $3,000. In addition to above-market base salaries, therapists are eligible for uncapped earnings based on productivity.
