We are currently offering a 3-month internship as a Junior Recruiter that can be credited to students who are currently enrolled in a recognized HR and/or Administrative program. We are looking for a talent acquisition coordinator to join our HR team, who will work in close collaboration with the supervisor of the team of talent recruiters to accomplish the entirety of recruitment activities.

With the possibility of permanency, this is a great entry level opportunity providing intensive training and multiple hands-on learning opportunities!

Job Summary

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO:

  • Engage in the full recruitment cycle;
  • Maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system;
  • Responsible for job postings and ensuring they reach the target audience;
  • Pre-screening & interviewing candidates;
  • Preparing candidate profiles;
  • Coordinating interviews with hiring managers;
  • Presenting candidates to employers under the guidance of a senior recruiter;
  • Conducting reference checks;
  • Be part of a team where everyone contributes to the regular administrative requirements.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

  • Must be currently enrolled in a DEC, AEC, Certificate, or Bachelor’s program in Human Resources and/or Business Administration or another related field;
  • No recruiting experience required (Training will be provided);
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a large, fast-paced and changing environment;
  • Fluency in French and advanced level in English (bilingualism is an asset);
  • Excellent computer skills & comfortable with new technologies;
  • Customer Service oriented;
  • Background in sales (asset);
  • Administrative experience in HR (asset).
