The Opportunity
WWPS is hiring Senior Project Managers to lead large-scale data center construction projects across multiple cities in Texas.
This is a high visibility role where you will act as an extension of the owner's team, leading execution across design, construction, commissioning, and turnover. You will have real ownership, not just coordination responsibility.
Project Locations

Wherever you are based, we provide full relocation or travel support including per diem, ensuring a smooth transition so you can hit the ground running from day one.

  • Large-scale, mission critical builds with complex infrastructure
  • Fast-paced environment with real decision-making authority
  • Full lifecycle exposure from design through commissioning
  • Highly technical projects involving power, cooling, and redundancy systems

What You Will Do
  • Lead full lifecycle delivery of data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover
  • Act as the primary leader across owners, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Drive schedule, budget, and execution strategy on projects exceeding $500M
  • Oversee site, CSA, MEP, controls, and commissioning scopes
  • Ensure alignment between design intent and field execution
  • Manage critical systems including UPS, switchgear, chillers, CRAH and CRAC units, and distribution infrastructure
  • Identify and resolve coordination and constructability challenges proactively
  • Lead commissioning efforts to ensure system performance and reliability
  • Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards including NFPA, NEC, and OSHA
  • Implement lean construction practices to improve efficiency
  • Lead and mentor project teams

What You Bring
  • 12 to 20+ years of construction project management experience
  • Strong experience with data center or mission critical projects
  • Deep understanding of MEP systems and electrical distribution
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary teams
  • Track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and on budget
  • Experience with commissioning, QA/QC, and construction best practices
  • Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project

Preferred Background
  • Data center experience strongly preferred
  • Semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or cleanroom experience is highly relevant
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • PMP, LEED, CxA, or similar certifications are a plus

Compensation and Benefits
  • Highly competitive compensation aligned with senior-level leadership roles
  • Per diem and travel support where applicable
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Life insurance and disability coverage
  • Company-matched retirement plan

Why Top Candidates Choose WWPS
  • Work on complex, high-impact projects in rapidly growing sectors
  • Operate in a true owner's rep capacity with influence and visibility
  • Be part of a team focused on execution, not bureaucracy
  • Grow alongside major infrastructure and technology expansion across the U.S.
  • Join a company that is scaling and investing in top talent

Bottom Line
