Job Title: Project Manager Location-Type: Remote (occasional travel required once per month or every other month) Start Date: End of August Duration: Contract, 1 year with potential to extend Compensation Range: $52-66/hour on W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: This role drives end-to-end IT project management across a large, matrixed enterprise organization, supporting infrastructure initiatives, office build-outs and relocations, and M&A-related technology integrations while serving as a critical bridge between technical teams, Real Estate stakeholders, and executive leadership. Job Summary •Manage enterprise IT infrastructure projects spanning networking, servers, desktop environments, and physical data wiring from initiation through delivery •Lead project estimation and technology budget development by coordinating with IT SMEs, Real Estate teams, and business stakeholders to build comprehensive cost pictures •Support M&A-related IT integration workstreams, coordinating technical and business teams to deliver against post-acquisition milestones •Partner with Corporate Real Estate teams on office relocations and build-outs, defining IT scope, managing vendors, and aligning on timelines and costs •Maintain strong governance discipline including RAID logs, status reporting, financial tracking, RACI documentation, and regular project updates •Communicate effectively across all levels, translating technical details for executive stakeholders and business requirements for technical teams •Build and sustain strong relationships with senior leadership, cross-functional partners, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle Minimum Requirements: •10 years of IT project management experience in a large enterprise environment, or 5 years with an active PMP certification •Must be proficient (bilingual) in French OR Spanish, with professional context of use •Demonstrated experience managing infrastructure projects involving networking, servers, desktop environments, and physical data wiring •Experience developing project estimates and technology budgets, including coordinating inputs from Real Estate and IT stakeholders •Proven ability to manage executive-level stakeholders and navigate large, highly matrixed organizations •Strong governance discipline with hands-on experience maintaining RAID logs, financial tracking, status reports, and RACI documentation Preferred Qualifications: •PMP certification strongly preferred •Experience supporting M&A-related IT integrations, including technical workstream management post-acquisition •Corporate Real Estate project experience supporting office relocations or build-outs •Strong network administration background
