ร˜ The Senior Program Manager oversees the technical personnel on various system programs and/or projects that are highly complex in nature. ร˜ ร˜ This is a hybrid Senior Program Manager role for our Network Engineering department. The role has a need for Program Management skills; and experience monitoring and controlling technology focused Infrastructure projects. The Senior Program Manager work assignments are often complex and require critical problem solving. Seniority in the following areas is key: ร˜ ร˜ Responsible for facilitating the ongoing design and implementation of enterprise-sized projects (Data Center, Cloud Engineering and Remote Solutions experience a bonus) ร˜ Quality enterprise-level Program Management ร˜ Strong written and verbal communication ร˜ Demonstrated Stakeholder Relationship management (all organizational levels) ร˜ Coordination with internal and external teams and leadership; vendors and other key stakeholders ร˜ Highly organized (schedule management, RACI, RAID, Financial Management) ร˜ Practice good judgement and creative thinking ร˜ Professionally assertive ร˜ ร˜ Makes decisions regarding teamwork approach/priorities and sets direction. Work is independent and often guided by good judgement and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with interpretation. Courageously question status quo and simultaneously propose solutions.
Key Responsibilities* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. โ€ข Agile Certification (SAFe, CSM, or equivalent) โ€ข Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field 5+ years of technical program/project management experience Demonstrated experience in delivering projects aimed at technical product selection, technical design and practical implementation of IT solutions Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving stakeholder and customer experiences 3-5yrs Experience leading technical projects such as Data Center/Cloud migrations and buildouts, Warehouse, SD-WAN, M&A consolidation, Remote Access, etc. Technical understanding of Core Network Infrastructure and Cloud engineering terminologies such as BGP, TCPIP, IPSEC, IP schema, SD-WAN, VNET peering, circuits (Ethernet, DWDM, Express Routes, Direct Connect, etc.)
