Network Infrastructure Manager 10896

The Manager of Network & Infrastructure Security leads a team responsible for securing the organization's network and infrastructure environment. This role oversees network security architecture, segmentation, vulnerability and exposure management, and infrastructure hardening while partnering with infrastructure, cloud, and IT teams to strengthen the organization's overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of network and infrastructure security engineers.
  • Oversee network security architecture, edge security, and segmentation initiatives.
  • Manage vulnerability scanning, exposure management, and remediation efforts.
  • Drive infrastructure hardening across servers, network devices, and related systems.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices.
  • Communicate security risks and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of network/infrastructure security experience, including 5+ years in a senior or lead engineering role.
  • Expertise in firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, secure network design, segmentation, and infrastructure hardening.
