Network Infrastructure Management Engineer / AnalystWe are seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Management Engineer / Analyst to support enterprise network infrastructure management, monitoring, observability, and automation platforms.This role will be responsible for supporting and enhancing tools used to manage complex network environments, including system administration, application integrations, troubleshooting, lifecycle upgrades, and automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise and carrier-grade network technologies, Linux/UNIX or Windows administration, network management protocols, APIs, scripting, and infrastructure monitoring tools.Experience supporting telecommunications, utilities, operational technology (OT), or other large-scale enterprise network environments is highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport enterprise network infrastructure management, monitoring, observability, performance, and fault-management platforms.Provide administration, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational support for infrastructure management applications.Troubleshoot complex application, server, network, communication, and integration issues.Support network management protocols and technologies including SNMP, TL1, NETCONF, and related standards.Perform system administration activities across Linux, UNIX, and/or Windows Server environments.Develop scripts and automation solutions using Python, Ansible, Shell scripting, Perl, Expect, or similar technologies.Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, web services, JSON, and other application integration technologies.Work with infrastructure, network engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and vendor teams to identify requirements and implement solutions.Engage users and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide practical recommendations for infrastructure management needs.Support application lifecycle activities including implementations, upgrades, migrations, enhancements, patches, and platform modernization.Assist with monitoring, event management, fault management, performance management, and observability initiatives.Support cybersecurity-related initiatives involving network segmentation, security zones, access controls, and infrastructure management systems.Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support standards.Manage multiple priorities and deliver assignments according to project schedules and customer commitments.Required QualificationsStrong knowledge of IT infrastructure and network infrastructure components.Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure management, network management, monitoring, or observability platforms.Working knowledge of network management protocols including SNMP, TL1, NETCONF.System administration experience with Linux, UNIX, and/or Windows Server.Strong analytical, diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Experience with scripting or automation technologies such as Python, Ansible, Shell scripting, Perl, Expect, or similar automation technologies.Knowledge of REST APIs, web services, JSON, and application integration concepts.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional technical teams.Ability to gather requirements, engage users, collaborate with vendors, and influence technical stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsExperience with network infrastructure management platforms such as Micro Focus / OpenText Network Automation, MegaSys Telenium, Ciena Navigator, Nokia NSP / NFM-P, Adtran AOE / MCP, or similar network management platforms.Experience with network monitoring, observability, event management, performance monitoring, or fault-management platforms.Experience supporting carrier-grade telecommunications, utility, or Operational Technology (OT) networks.Experience with application lifecycle management, upgrades, migrations, and enterprise product implementations.Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, including network segmentation, security/control zones, infrastructure security, and security-related project implementations.Knowledge of ITIL best practices and operational support processes.Experience with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or similar database technologies.Familiarity with AI-enabled operations, analytics, intelligent automation, or emerging infrastructure-support technologies.Knowledge of telecommunications and transport technologies such as DWDM, MPLS, LTE, Microwave, Optical transport, or carrier-grade networking technologies.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate combines strong network infrastructure knowledge with systems administration, application support, troubleshooting, and automation skills.
