Job Summary:
RW Supply+Design is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to oversee the infrastructure team's daily tasks and provide technical expertise in various infrastructure areas. The role includes leading a team, managing infrastructure projects, and ensuring the effectiveness of the organization's technology management plans.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain the organization's infrastructure effectiveness by defining, delivering, and supporting technology management plans.
• Lead a team of professionals in achieving stated goals for the department and individual.
• Mentor and coach individuals within the team to grow and develop in ways that address business and individual needs.
• Oversee all phases of infrastructure-assigned projects.
• Provide risk assessment and manage all system fail-over plans, including routine testing.
• Verify technology results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
• Manage hardware, software, network, and server requirements.
• Conduct analysis and recommend technology solutions for infrastructure projects aligned with the organization's Technology Roadmap and ongoing requirements.
• Analyze existing operations and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of infrastructure systems.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing team standards for customer service.
