Independently support enterprise connectivity services across office LAN/WAN, branch connectivity, wireless, firewall operations, and cloud-connected edge environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents involving routing, switching, VPN, wireless, circuits, firewall policy, and hybrid connectivity dependencies.
Implement approved changes to switches, routers, firewalls, SD-WAN/WAN edge devices, wireless infrastructure, and public cloud network components.
Support connectivity between office environments, private cloud, datacenters, and public cloud services.
Assist with management of public cloud network services such as VNets/VPCs, routing, private connectivity, network security controls, and hybrid interconnects.
Participate in lifecycle activities including hardware refresh, code upgrades, circuit migrations, and wireless improvements.
Ensure network changes comply with governance, security standards, and change control requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational procedures.
Provide technical guidance to Connectivity Engineer I team members.
Participate in on-call support and operational readiness activities.
Schedule & Presence: This on-site role supports 24/7 operations through real-time collaboration, standard shifts occur within a 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM window, Monday through Friday. Additionally, this position requires scheduled on-call flexibility and the ability to remain reasonably reachable during off-hours for critical business continuity.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting hybrid cloud or multi-site enterprise network environments.
Exposure to Azure and/or AWS networking services.
Experience with SD-WAN, network access control, or enterprise wireless platforms.
Familiarity with infrastructure security controls and network segmentation principles.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, Azure Network Engineer Associate, or AWS networking-related certification.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering, connectivity operations, or enterprise infrastructure support.
Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise LAN/WAN, office networking, and wireless environments.
Strong understanding of routing, switching, VLANs, WAN technologies, VPNs, and firewall administration.
Experience troubleshooting network issues across multiple domains and dependencies.
Familiarity with change management, incident management, and operational governance.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
