Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Network Engineer in Bonita Springs, FL.
Summary:
We are seeking a Network Engineer to support and maintain an enterprise network environment. This individual will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, security, and ongoing infrastructure support across a variety of networking and security technologies.
Responsibilities:
* Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and security technologies
* Monitor network performance and identify opportunities for optimization
* Support firewall, wireless, and security-related initiatives
* Partner with infrastructure and security teams on operational support and project work
* Document network configurations, processes, and changes
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience supporting Fortinet Firewalls and Access Points
* Experience supporting Cisco Firewalls and Wireless Technologies
* Experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)
* Experience with Tanium
* Strong understanding of routing, switching, wireless networking, and network security
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues
Preferred Qualifications:
* Fortinet and/or Cisco certifications
* Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments
* Exposure to Zero Trust and cloud security solutions
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Network Engineer with experience across Fortinet, Cisco, Zscaler, and Tanium environments.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
