Overview
The Maintenance Technician ensures overall machine and system efficiency through performance of best-practice Preventive Maintenance (PM), projects, programming, and repairs, with a focus on advanced technology equipment such as robotics and automated systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, programming, and repairs to minimize downtime on industrial production lines
  • Install, modify and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems
  • Respond to scheduled maintenance tasks and emergency repair situations
  • Maintain accurate inventory and other documentation
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively to support continuous improvement and drive overall plant performance

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in an industrial environment
  • Proficiency with welding, reading blueprints, wiring panels and PLCs
  • Demonstrated reliability with strong attendance and work ethic
  • Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work
  • Capability to work in challenging industrial environments (heat, noise, heights, etc.)
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening
