Job description

The Fulfilment Engineer is responsible for configuring, integrating, testing, documenting, and preparing products for customer delivery following manufacturing. The role ensures customer-specific requirements are accurately implemented and validated before shipment, maintaining the highest standards of quality, reliability, and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Service Delivery, and Customer Support teams to ensure products are delivered correctly configured and ready for deployment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop work instructions, test procedures, and configuration standards.
  • Perform hardware, software, firmware, and network configuration of products based on customer requirements.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration and integration issues. Escalate complex technical problems to Engineering teams.
  • Participate in root cause investigations and corrective action activities.
  • Maintain configuration records within ERP, CRM, ensuring accurate serial number tracking and product traceability.
  • Generate and maintain test reports and configuration documentation.
  • Contribute to new product introduction (NPI) and operational readiness activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focusing on throughput, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, Technical Certification, or equivalent experience in:

Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in a technical fulfilment, systems integration, manufacturing, service delivery, or engineering role.
  • Experience configuring hardware, software, or network-based products.
