Salary: $115,000-$135,000/year dependent upon experience
This full-time on-site role will report directly to the Senior Manager of Cyber & Network.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our corporate offices and manufacturing environments connected, secure, and running smoothly.

What You'll Do
Build & Support Critical Network Infrastructure
  • Design, deploy, and maintain network systems across office, data center, and manufacturing environments
  • Troubleshoot and optimize routers, switches, wireless systems, firewalls, and security appliances
  • Support LAN, WAN, WLAN, and industrial Ethernet networks
  • Work with service providers on connectivity solutions like MPLS, broadband, and SD-WAN
  • Lead infrastructure lifecycle activities including expansions, upgrades, and relocations

Support Industrial & OT Systems
  • Help maintain reliable and secure connectivity for critical industrial technologies such as:
    • Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
    • Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
    • Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs)
  • Partner closely with plant teams, engineers, and vendors to resolve complex, production-impacting issues
  • Assist with modernization and expansion of manufacturing systems
  • Ensure strong segmentation and security between IT and OT networks

Troubleshoot, Improve & Prevent Issues
  • Respond to incidents and restore systems quickly to minimize downtime
  • Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes
  • Conduct root cause analysis and help implement long-term solutions
  • Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Document & Standardize
  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation including:
    • Network diagrams and configurations
    • Asset inventories
    • Operational processes
  • Support compliance, audits, and knowledge transfer across teams

Stay Hands-On in the Field
  • Travel to sites to perform installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical systems

What You Bring
Experience & Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-7+ years in network engineering, ideally in enterprise or manufacturing environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with Layer 2/3 networking and Cisco platforms

Technical Skills
You bring depth across a range of technologies, including:
  • Networking: Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, WAN technologies, routing protocols
  • Monitoring & tools: SolarWinds, Nagios, Splunk
  • Systems: Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  • Virtualization & storage: VMware, SAN technologies
  • Industrial systems: Rockwell, Siemens, Honeywell (preferred)
