Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for an Medical Records Intern to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Rockville, Maryland.

  • Schedule: Varies
  • Compensation: $18 per hour (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the Medical Records Intern will:

  • Manually enter information from patient requests into the system accurately
  • Look up patient information and update patient forms submitted electronically
  • Perform outbound calls to patients as needed
  • Navigate various applications to retrieve and update patient data
  • Prioritize and manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
  • Decipher different processes and apply them correctly based on the situation
  • Communicate effectively with team members and patients
  • Work independently while also contributing as a team player
  • Take initiative to solve problems and improve workflow processes
