What you'll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - SAP Americas Business AI Platform - Project Management

Location: US SAP Office (hybrid)

Schedule: 30 - 40 hours per week


As an intern within the SAP Americas Business AI Platform organization, you will support go-to-market initiatives, demand generation programs, and sales back-office activities. This role provides hands-on experience managing cross-functional projects that drive revenue growth and enhance sales execution. This role will report to the Chief of Staff.

Main responsibilities include the following:

  • Assist in planning, execution, and tracking of go-to-market initiatives and sales programs

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, partner ecosystem, and learning teams to align priorities and deliverables

  • Support demand generation efforts including creating an integrated communication plan, tracking performance, and reporting insights

  • Develop and maintain project documentation such as status reports, presentations, stakeholder updates, and SharePoint pages.

  • Provide support for sales back-office activities including coordination of internal processes, tools, and communications.

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

  • Help design and execute communications to internal stakeholders and leadership teams

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve go-to-market execution and sales effectiveness

What you bring: 

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Currently enrolled in (or recent graduate of) an undergraduate, Master's, MBA, or PhD program relevant to the role

  • Preferred majors: Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Management, Sales, or Marketing

  • Completion of at least Sophomore year (or equivalent coursework progress)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Microsoft 365 (Teams and SharePoint).

  • SAP Tools experience a plus such as SAP Media Share and SAP Communications Hub.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and respond to requests under tight deadlines while enjoying a dynamic working environment

  • Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn

The targeted annual combined range for this position is 20-44 (USD). The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
