You'll collaborate with teams across Marketing, Content, and Editorial while owning meaningful SEO initiatives that drive measurable results.
Here's a snapshot of what you'd be doing:

  • Turning SEO insights into clear, actionable recommendations and helping execute against them.
  • Evaluating content at a high level to determine if it is helpful, unique, trustworthy, and genuinely useful for users.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to plan and execute SEO initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Serving as the connector between outlines, editorial teams, and freelance writers to support SEO-driven content production.
  • Applying SEO best practices to real-world challenges and adjusting strategies based on performance.
  • Pitching in wherever needed to help strengthen the team and culture, excluding licensed activity.

About You:
  • You adapt easily when priorities shift and stay focused in a fast-moving environment.

  • You're comfortable working independently and taking ownership of complex tasks.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in conversation.
  • You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working across teams.
  • You bring a strong customer-first mindset to your work.
  • You approach challenges with curiosity and strong problem-solving skills.
  • You have a sharp eye for detail and care deeply about quality.
  • You show up consistently and can be counted on to get the job done.

  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
  • Prior exposure to digital marketing or SEO concepts.
  • A basic understanding of HTML and how websites are structured.
