Job Summary
This critical role involves overseeing the management and governance of third-party infrastructure providers, ensuring optimal performance across our networking tower. Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, you will serve as the operational interface between internal stakeholders and external vendors, driving service excellence, compliance, and strategic alignment with business objectives. If you are a detail-oriented communicator with a strong background in network infrastructure, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations and governance of third-party infrastructure providers, including hardware and software such as routers, switches, firewalls, circuits, load balancers, and telephony systems.
  • Support contractual relationships, ensuring SLA compliance, managing escalation protocols, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Align infrastructure support with enterprise needs related to availability, scalability, and resilience.
  • Monitor and report on service uptime, incident response, and remediation processes.
  • Drive risk mitigation initiatives and support disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Serve as the operational liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors, fostering strategic partnerships and service excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 5 years of experience, or a Master’s Degree with 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience with circuits, firewalls, load balancers, telephony, routers, and vendor management, including SLAs and KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen attention to detailed documentation.
  • Ability to adhere to strict timelines and manage stakeholder communications effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in IT operations, vendor management, or infrastructure governance.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills across technical and executive audiences.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Preferred candidates will have experience supporting strategic roadmaps, risk mitigation, and disaster recovery planning.
