Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager for Southwest to drive growth and expand our footprint in the network components sector, which includes Splices, Terminations, and other Cable Accessories. You will identify new business opportunities, foster strong relationships with clients and partners, and develop strategies to increase market share and revenue. The position will manage relationship with Utilities/Distributors. Key Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis:
  • Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in network components.
  • Identify target markets, key accounts, and growth opportunities.

Business Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market demands.

Sales and Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Utilities, EPC's, Contractors, OEMs, distributors, integrators, and end-users.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and proposal development.

Partnership Development:
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and technology providers.
  • Manage partnerships to drive co-marketing and co-development opportunities.

Product Expertise:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of network components, including splices, terminations, separable connectors and other cable accessories
  • Act as a subject matter expert to educate clients on product benefits and solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work with engineering, marketing, and product teams to support product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaboration/ Cooperation with other sales teams to leverage on our strong market position for cables.
  • Ensure seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Performance Monitoring:
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, customer feedback, and market performance.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on business development activities and results.
