Responsibilities
  • Architect, design, and implement complex multi-vendor network and security solutions across enterprise environments.
  • Serve as a senior technical escalation resource for engineers and consultants, providing guidance and resolution for high-impact issues.
  • Proactively manage critical incidents, coordinating with clients and leadership to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Partner with manufacturer engineering teams to secure lab access, validate designs, and support solution deployment.
  • Evaluate client environments, develop strategic recommendations, create detailed technical designs, conduct peer design reviews, and lead implementation planning.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers to strengthen technical capabilities and promote continuous professional development.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with key technology vendors and remain current on emerging trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Maintain advanced, manufacturer-specific certifications (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE, FCX, CISSP, UCS) and pursue additional certifications aligned with professional development goals.
  • Develop and enhance standardized assessment, delivery, and testing methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality service execution.

Qualifications
